ASSEMBLY
Tryak takes simplicity to a new level. Other portable kayaks struggle with bolts, nuts, spanners, gaskets and even pumps. Most weren’t designed as a take apart and their assembly methods are an afterthought.
Tryak uses a patented system that requires no tools and takes only seconds.
The heart of the system is a stainless steel ratchet and polyester strap.
The strap has a breaking strain of 4000 kg. This system has proved incredibly safe and reliable and is used extensively in the transport industry to secure loads such as cars and boats.
Assembly is as simple as passing the strap through a sealed tube in each section and then tensioning the strap using the ratchet. The interlocking bulkheads ensure effortless alignment. It’s so easy it can even be done in the water.
To disassemble you simply release the ratchet.

Tryak is Australian designed, owned and manufactured.

KAYAK FISHING
Tryak is designed with fishing in mind. Its ultra stable design combined with a deep seating position will keep you in control when the big one bites. There is enough storage to keep your smallest items through to your biggest catch. There are provisions for fitting two flush mount rod holders and a bait caster. Other accesories can be mounted anywhere above waterline.

SAFETY
Tryak’s sectional design means that should you ever be unfortunate enough to put a hole in your kayak, you will still be able to safely paddle home. Tryak is so buoyant and stable that it is possible to paddle the middle section alone.
